Clear pattern emerges from all three of the above videos. The key element to riding toeside is to be a beautiful woman :thumb:

More seriously, the abundant flexibility that females have allows them to position both their upper and lower bodies more optimally. In fact, the last rider (Karine) can twist enough to hold the bar with both hands.

Yes, I do all that. The second vodeo is a bit strange & counter-intuitive, but very interesting to me. I can twist no prob, load lead foot, lift back foot, etc, but there is no avoiding loss of power when you are riding toeside upwind. Now the second video offers good advice. I'll try that, as soon as we get some wind here... Thanks mate
