as you said I absolutely have comfidence in the dealer...he is so embarrassed he offered us kites to use in the meantime...
but still a bummer for him and us..

Then it's down to the Importer, unless your dealer orders direct from Ozone.
I ordered some Edges and other kites back on the 29th of June, they arrived yesterday, and I am based on an Island off Africa, and the Package needs to pass though Europe first. I knew exactly when they were going to be finished at the factory. Sure, delivery took a bit longer this time due to 2 holiday days, but all within the planned time. I told my customers the exact timeframe, so everyone is happy.
I am super happy with this system as it allows me to order what I need, when I need it, and not stock up unnecessary kites. If the dealer is giving you the impression that the kites are delayed because of Ozone, then he is either misinformed or lying to you.
