Same here. Seat harness all the way. Love to ride powered and jump. Super comfortable. Suggest you try another brand.

it's 100% not posture, but thanks for the input.
When jumping, it slowly creeps up jump after jump, so posture is out of the equation.
I think trying some other brands might be the trick and I'll try keeping the straps loose.
Matth.....are you jumping with yours?
Matteo....who makes the Vega?
Thanks.....Bob
Yes I jump with mine( sadly only about 25 feet)
Most of my friends who are regulars on the North America woo leaderboards wear either seats or board shorts. harnesses...Dylan, Dani, kiterMike , Brian A. There also in their forties , fifties, and sixtys and prefer function over fashion
Yeah well try body dragging with a seat harness, or doing free style with a seat, or even a kiteloop. Yeah, there is much more than just "fashion" isn't there?

Using seat harness ( Dakine and hybrid North) for 15 years with no omelet problems.
Lately done extreme body dragging running away from an hydrofoil chasing me on top of a little monster wave (I even expelled myself out of the water).
Still no omelet issues.
I think its the way the thigh straps go around the legs. Yeah,...try different harnesses.
Worst comes to worst take some Acetaminophen before the session

Don't forget to use a touch of Loctite 243 on your harness. YKIMS.

Thanks guys.....Looks like trying other harnesses might be the key. Thought the Fusion was one of the best though.

Well just about everyone I know that loves seat harnesses don't do any tricks, but just jump around all day and then go home. No thanks, I like kiting to be challenging. Have fun wearing your diaper harness,
and when I see you struggling to body drag like a worm on a hook I am going to laugh while I'm busting out new moves with my kiteboard.

I am sorry you hurt your ribs Bob, hope they heal quickly. I went through three Fusion harnesses over many years and never had a riding up problem with them. Try loosening the leg straps while maintaining a good tension on the spreader bar straps and see if that helps.
ps - as far as solid support, the Fusion is hard to beat. Although I used to have to wear neoprene shorts to avoid wearing a hole in the side of my leg. Don't have that problem with the NP seat harness. Good luck

I found the new fusion put to much pressure on my hips, so I switched to a NP gravity. I have found the gravity sits up a little higher like a waist and has proven to be much more comfortable for me. I also love NP spreader bars . I

I'd like to see video of guys in seat harnesses who can't body drag. That would be something truly unique to see.
