High tech super foil

Postby john a » Mon Oct 02, 2017 11:53 am

A friend of mine tried out hydrofoils way before anyone had seen kiters on them, and he also had this sick tech project. A home made carbon foil only attached with a vire, remote on the bar!

Be frickin awesome to see what happens when you really load it up and it fails.

Takes literally ALL the riding out of kiting. Like the ultimate airstyle! How many board spins and flips could you do in a row? Think of it, the endless jesus walk! Get that dude a micro loop!

Made out of carbon you say? Quick get it out there before we can get one on ali baba!

Man that looks like so much fun! How does he control the angle of the foil? And what happens if the kite pulls to hard on the foil and it surfaces? Looks like a helmet and maybe some body armour would be wise.
