Check out these guys if you want to donate your kite. https://www.exkite.it/
Regular people can't just make products like this, but damn these jackets looks good.
Holy shit, did you see the prices for these things?!!!
yeah, 450 euros is a bit steep i thought

the kite is not worn out, i'm just not going to buy all new bladders for something i don't use or can't sell, if i can make a couple things i will be happy.

thanks for the pattern photo, guess there is over 12m2 of material to be had will see what i end up with

cheers

Not sure why he can't sell his kites 2nd hand? But she says he can't, so she tries to recycle them best she can.
Just my speculation , but I suspect that is probably part of the deal with the kite manufacturer.
I doubt he's buying them to begin with, so he probably doesn't care about recovering any money spent on them.
I think it's cool that they get recycled rather than go into the garbage.
Think it's more a sponsor thing ie redbull logo on the kites, I remember sometime last year he was selling loads of old kites n boards on eBay flexi kit mainly prototypes with no sponsor details, nothing with redbull on it was available
