I Strongly agree with Bars for ALL kites and jacking around with Lines on/Lines off. Repeat...
Hey Pull, have you considered buying a good 19M kite???
Thought you only used 18 and 16 no matter the wind Toby?
WOW. You have a kite roomjohn a wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2017 6:50 pm
haha yes and filling up the car to the spot is a problem, buying a bigger car now hahaha
Actually my total quiver is 5x5, 5,5, 2x6, 3x8, 9, 10, 2x11, 3x12, 13, 14, 15, 16 (think I got all), But I only count the one I use - 2018... And one meter between too much overlap, and I end up not using some at all... bigger gap like 7-9-12-17 tried but didn't like it as good.
Wife is not allowed in the kite room
Seriously? 22 kites!
Ok then -2 need a fix. And one is ridden to much so will probably break. Thing is some are not worth to sell after a while, as you dont get anything for them (2009 5m), but still hard to trow away. Used them for courses back in the days. But I really do need to sell the rest of my 2017 kites. Just low season came too early so haven´t got around to it...Starsky wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2017 9:59 pmSeriously? 22 kites!
So is that considered a quiver or a collection? You only get to count the ones that hold air and are ready to fly.
I definitely understand the need for redundancy. You need enough stuff that breaking something is a pause, not a stop. There is a perfect amount of reverence for a kite. You should love them, but never so much that you hesitate to lend em to a trusted friend. You sir would make the very best of kite buddies!
Yeah small small and filled up. Wife always want to use it for suitcases but no room for them haha. Even put in a dehumidifier I know that´s nerdy
