Was amusing myself today tacking upwind. How low can I get the kite? how high can I ride the foil? Can I get the wingtip lower than the board height. The answer is yes!
Then how long and I ride with wingtip lower than the board?
Then can I tap the water with the kite and not stall out?....
An amusing game to play.

I just figured out that you are talking about the Kite wingtip, and not the HF wing tip.
Less confusing now.

Not on purpose, but I’ve crashed the kite by accident while on foil and managed to relaunch and keep riding before stalling out. I’ve seen videos of people doing this on purpose.

Next time your out do it on purpose. Get the kite real low, then tap the water with the wing tip!
