I have a RRD ConvType 14 for a first time I tryed a 2 line setup. But I will go for 4 line setup next time. And a quection arised was how to remember the line setup for lines which are at kite in 2line setup. I mean the aditianal lines to which are bare lines are connected. And second one is How to land a kite without a partner ? Landing with safety relise system loked not so good for kite and lines were tangeled too. When I try 4 line setup I ges there will be some more quections.

As far as I know...???Not far, there is no manual at this moment. Maris, I am sure you will not use the 2 line setup again once you take it off, especially on a 14. The easiest way I have ever found to remember how to set up those bridles is to take a photo of it close up before taking it off. Most of them are pretty confusing once you take them off. As for the kite, great choice. Really strong but still with great performance. Built out of stronger matterial than almost any kite out there.

Royce, do you think this is positive for our sport?
You should tell RRD to change this immediately.
What about liability? This could be sincere...

a tubekite, especially a 14m kite is designed for kitesurfing, not landkiting.
this may be dangerous.
if you wanna get it down alone, use the safety or let another kiteboarder catch it ...

Funny thing about the liability thing is that if you read the warning on the kites you shouldnt do anything but blow them up and use them on the beach for a shade house.
What other kite companies supply manuals?
I think Naish has an online one and perhaps North

are we talking about online or if you buy it with your kite?
BIG difference!
If a kite comes without manual it is irresponsible, but it if it not online it is not that tragic, only if you buy one and it has none...
