Review WiND-X Typhoonz 17.0 2007

Review for WiND-X Typhoonz 2007 17.0

Times tested: 11+
Range: 13kn to 22kn

Good: 7 thin struts
High AR
5th line attachment points
Great stitching

Bad: Should have come with cam-battens but in my opinion not nessacery..

Should have a size 6m..

Review: This is my honest opinion. Its not easy to review my own designs but I will try. The WiND-X Typhoonz is a high AR, 7 strut kite. Therefore in terms of rigidness and stability, its there!

As for the flight characteristic, it turns well with 4-lines.. has great de-power with the 5th but somehow i still prefer it to be 4..

the thin struts makes it even more aerodynamics with less space behind the LE for turbulence..

This is all I can say about the Typhoonz as I dont want to over-rate this C-Kite..
