I have a 14 Thruster and would have to agree with Chingadero that it has tremendous pop and jumps huge. I am an advanced rider and love this kite. My wife is light weight and a lower intermediate rider and also really likes this kite. She has just recently learned to go up wind and is now beginning to jump and is improving very quickly since getting the Thrusters. I know this is a high performing kite but I have seen several beginners and intermediates do very well on them.
Cheers

I have flown the 12M Thruster up against a 2008 Cabrinha Crossbow. It blew the Crossbow away in every aspect! Hang time, turning speed, clean bar, wind range & bar pressure.
Dimitri and his team have created a killer kite! I can't wait for the 2008's which are scheduled to come out September.

Gee, everyone who commented was a rare poster....must be marketing time.....I have a Dimitri board and I like it, but all this crap marketing stuff is dumb.
Just like when resort owners, or kite expidition people need business you see a post that reads something like this.......
"where should I go in brazil.....in africa....in europe.....mars....venus...etc....

No marketing from me. The 14M Thruster is an awesome kite! Turns like most 12m or even 10M kites. Boosts high, and goes upwind like crazy. It has become one of my most used kites. The range is great. The 07 Thrusters do jellyfish a bit, but it can be mitigated by pumping them up hard. Even when it jellyfishes it doesn't seem to effect the performance. I had figured I would never buy a kite larger than a 12M, but after trying the 14M Thruster that all changed for me. Overall just a great, and fun kite to fly.

I own a 10m2 and 14m2 Thruster... The kites are great and the 14m2 is fast... But the low-end and High end of the 10m2 Thruster is "off this planet !!!!! " I fly the 10m2 80% of the time and my bodywight is 90kg and i have a 135x41 board.... When the wind is blowing 18 knts i make the switch to the 10m2 Thruster

I have the 14 and it is a very fun kite to fly. Fast and easy to loop. The sweet spot seems to require a little higher wind than I was hoping for. My Sonic 14 seems to be around 15. The Thruster likes more wind. If somebody has some tips on how to get the most out of the low end, I'm interested. I don't get much out of the kite below 15, but enjoy it a great deal at 18-20. I am 180 pounds and use a Litewave 145 with this kite.
