I agree with strapless surfboard. Send it, leave the board behind, loop it fast at the top of the window, and enjoy the enema. Don't hesitate halfway! If you don't come around completely there will be consequences!

Incorporate a simple backloop into it, far easier as you naturally pull the kite around and dont have to look at kite!

I'm looking to start kiteloops, and I considered this for learning. It seems to me like when people do kiteloops without a backroll, they need to go big and have the kite catch them. But, I see alot of backroll kiteloops where people don't go very big and land it fine. Is there any truth to this?

quick search example:

Well its easier to pull off cause you can limit the height, still need good power in the kite. Also need to be able to do backrolls in your sleep, as you leave the water start pulling HARD and it happens effortlessly. Try it

It was esay for me and I progressed to an F-16 quickly, which is the same thing unhooked. You can let go of the bar midway if you want to abort, but some yardage will occur..

Takes COMMITMENT no matter what, and good wind.
