Im going there this month, what sizes should I take?

Check the Sailflow.com or Windfinder.com forecast for Nassau before you go. This time of year it could be anything.

Thanks! Btw. Do the caribbean trade winds still come into play over there or is it too far north?

They have easterly trades this time year as the forecast shows. In the summer they come and go more often.
