Boston water can go down to about 45 Fahrenheit - 5/4 hoodie, boots and gloves.
Summer around 68 Fahrenheit, if it's sunny just board shorts and sunscreen.

Winter 18 C, Summer +33 C water. Summer is 9 months of the year!

Here in Thailand, it seems to be body (and air) temperature; so around 36 degrees C. Probably the warmest time in the year.

why do you all write about the air temperature..?? i thought that subject is water temperature..... here in Chios island (Greece) in .. water temperature is 23 Summer, 16 winter ( BTW summer air temp is 30 - 35C, winter 10 - 15C )
