A buddy of mine had a 2011 Envy 15m and switched to a 2012 NRG 16m. He said he like everything about the NRG except for the relaunch. Relaunch is more difficult on the NRG for sure.
Envy is delta shaped, so the the kite wants to just roll up on the wing tip almost on its own. The NRG is flat and high aspect ratio, so it just doesn't want to roll on the wingtip, similar to my Dyno. I know with the Dyno, you have to either reverse launch it or use the fifth line. Pulling a single rear line just doesn't work in light wind.

OK, I have relauched both. The NRG is different then the Envy. The Envy is easy and you can relaunch it like any other mid/low aspect kite by simply pulling the outside line one way or the other. The NRG you have to get to lay on its back. You can do this by walking/swimming towards the kite, or by pulling the inside lines above the bar. Once the kite starts to turn on its back, start pulling the outside line and the kite will make its way to the relaunch.
