Europe's pretty big. Any particular region you're eyeing?
I had really good summers on Fuerteventura and quite cheap too. I spent an excellent week on the beaches of Portugal too.

its me and gf going. Max 800-1000e / person / flights + accommondations. For one week. Does not really matter where it is as long as it gives kitesurf for me and sun for my gf. Portugal sounds good. Do you have some recommendatios where to go there?
