Here are some infos about our pousada and the village it's located.

Icaraizinho is a fishermen's' village in great expansion, pointed by many as the next Jericoacoara in terms of development and tourist affluence, gifted by a wonderful bay. Little paradise for sports practices like windsurf, kitesurf and ecological tourism. The pousada is located 50m from the beach and close to the kitesurfing and windsurfing clubs, and at a 5mn walking distance from the center of the town.

The infrastructure includes a reception area, an office, social bathroom, a large and opened living room, a kitchen, a restaurant / bar, a garage, a storage room, and 8 bungalows. 7 of them being for up to 3 persons (with 1 double queen size bed + 1 sgl bed), and one being for up to 5 persons (1 double bed + 3 sgl beds). This on a 3073 m² area and for total constructed area of 467 m². Extensions are possibles, and all licences are ok and up to date.

Super well positioned website on search engines "kitesurf + brazil", or "kitesurf + brésil" (french) on google for example. A very dynamic facebook page with about 1500 friends, excellent comments on all kitesurf discussion forums. 5 years of presence on the sport and ecological tourism market. Partnerships with a lot of tour operators (sport-away, fun & fly, spot-evation, jerrycan travels.. etc..).

Appearance in the last edition of the "quatro rodas" guide (nationnal best guide), and the "routard" (french top guide).
