So I have it narrowed down to these three kites. Anybody been on all three?? Please let me know your opinions. I'm looking for a big boosting kite that loops pretty quick with not a ton of power. I don't really ride waves or wakestyle mostly freestyle and freeride. Thanks for your help

2012 Rebel is really nice compared to the 2010 and `11 models. You'll like it.

ridden all three, they all boost pretty well and loop ok the Rally has a tighter loop with less pull the Rebel has a bigger loop with more pull(and crazy hangtime) the Switchblade turns and responds slower, better for wakestyle
if you want a good boosting kite with a better loop than those and stay with those same companies try the Slingy RPM, if you try it you will buy it if it is a 10m or smaller, not in the bigger sizes

Thanks. I'm mostly looking for the 10 and 12 meter sizes. Any opinions on the bigger sizes?? The switchblade seems good in the 8 meter and smaller but after that turns to slow and with to much power for my liking. Thanks for your opinions

yeah, i loved my 9m switchblade but really hated the 12, it felt like such a slow heavy shitty kite and it pulled so hard. the bar pressure made many sessions unenjoyable because ill ride 5 hours a day every day if it's windy
rebel is ok but 5 lines on a bow kite is stupid to me. it makes it very responsive etc since theres no bridles but for just freeriding around i dont see the point
rally is a nice kite, jumps arent super high and loops are kind of gutless since it doesnt have any wingtips, but its a very nice smooth kite that feels very direct because it has no pulleys, and it has a great wind range. slingshot bars are also my favorite
the rebel will probably jump the best, then the sb
one more kite id recommend looking at is the liquid force nrg, it's excellent for freeride, very easy to use and relaunches great, big wind range etc and it jumps BIG. sits forward in the window so is very easy to go upwind and ride overpowered (just edge harder). theyre also on sale everywhere, i think you can pick up a 2012 12m brand new for like $1000 or $1100

Hi jteabird,
If you are unhappy with the tons of power in the Cabrinha Switchblade12, you should try the Vector in the 11m and 12m. We designed this kite to be super light in the bar, and faster turning when compared to a Switchblade. You can expect similar range, turning, and bar pressure to other brands' kites with the Vector. This comes at a cost of some power, but that doesn't seem to be an issue for you. If you are really into freestyle, you should try the Nomad as well. This kite powered Alberto Rondina to #4 in the PKRA in 2012, and he is currently ranked #3. Nomad is super powerful in the loops, but not so powerful when you leave it parked (it likes to be "flown") - perfect for true freestyle.
As far as the Rally vs. Rebel (vs. Switchblade), I can see the Rebel comparison, but not the Rally - I would make the comparison vs. the RPM.
