I really liked the Monk 2! Very comfortable board for our river condition.

I have a 2010 Nobile T5 and have briefly tried the SuperShinn and Monk, and while they are super comfy to ride, I had a problem loading up the boards compared to the T5. Both boards have a lot more rocker compared to the relatively flat T5. Which Shinn board would be an updated version of the T5 that would allow for a bit more of an aggressive ride, faster, lighter, etc.

I ride mostly flat water, and flat water with small kickers.

If you like T5, I think that this is what you're looking for ... (not yellow but purple :))

it just flies upwind and pretty easy to ride! We mostly ride in flat water and a small chop. All who have tried this board have been very pleased. But I would have tried to put a smaller fin.
Try it.

Adam, what you need to demo is Nobile 2HD. Every time I'm on this board I'm amazed how well it rides. Super fast

and aggressive yet smooth, the pop is just crazy, great jumper. Deals with chop very well too.
