Hi, I had a very negative experience with The Kiteboarder. Downloaded the app on my iPad, Then I bought the 2012 Buyer's Guide and problems began. First of all, I tryed for several days to download the file (after having payed) with no succes. Wifi connection etc. were perfect, everything else was downloading quickly. After about one week, I eventually succeded and the download finished. I tried to open the file but... the app began to crash when starting!!! I tried everything but nope, crash every time. At that point, I thought to delete the app and download it again from the app store, maybe a new install was working correctly and....surprise!! The app is no longer available on the app store!!! So I spent my money for nothing. I sent an email to The Kiteboarder but no answer.

I'm sorry you experienced problems with our app. We had a looping glitch issue which was resolved for majority of users but because some were still experiencing the issue sporadically, we got our developer to go back to the drawing board and are happy to announce that the new improved fully functioning app has been submitted and should be up in another two weeks at the most.

RE: sending us an email that was not replied to, I have sent you a PM email with directions for how to download the digital magazine you purchased. Whenever this has happened in the past, we have immediately resolved the issue for 99.99% of our customers. More often than not, the response is, wow you guys are fast, not you guys suck cause you didn't answer my email:-)

As an fyi, most emails/orders are responded to/fullfilled within 48 hours unless we are doing an event/traveling, but due to volume of mails received, some do fall between cracks. Apologies!
