Yeah, but give Mr tack credit for signing that he is from LF int. team. he could try to do some sneaky marketing, but he doesn't!

Only needs the battens for massive high wind boosting/loops I have only put them in twice on mine both sessions were 30+ knots

took your advice yesterday and had a shot without the battens - kite felt pretty much the same other than the loops (much meatier with the battens in)

still loving em so far :thumb:

I have been kitesurfing since 2004 and this year I tried Liquid Force kites for first time. Well I had a Havoc in my hands 2 years ago I think...

Tried Envy 15 and Nirvana 13. Did not like them. Bungee feel in the bar. The Envy 15 was like a bus, just big, but really no power/pull, felt like a 12-13 m2. Water relaunch quite difficult. Nirvana 13, a bit better in the air, but still bungee-feel in the bar, and not very impressive. None of the kites had especially good flying characteristics.

If you want a great wake / freestyle / c-hybrid try the Ozone C4 or Naish Torch. Excellent flying character, responsive, dynamic, powerful.
