I have available 1 week mid Nov and trying to decide between Barbados and St. Lucia. I know mid Nov could be risky for the wind, but I'm willing to give it a try.
I enjoy kitting on both flat waters and waves (intermediate level).

I'm looking for a small place in the proximity of the kite beach , .. Silver Sands (Barbados) vs Sandy Beach (St Lucia).

Also, much appreciated any suggestions for accommodations on either locations.
