That's what is so damned epic about Dimitri. By criticizing him and ragging on him, and telling him how you aren't interested in his products, you just stoke his ego more, and make him that much more devoted to the cause.

It's exactly the opposite for others. Imagine if you were to spend a month asking chicks out, and getting nothing but no's. Imagine each one pointed and laughed about you with her friends, and made comments about your hair, and how ugly you are, and how small your tool must be, and cautioned all the other chicks about how they would lose their status as respected members of the female gender, should they show the slightest interest in you. You'd probably start to get a little down on yourself, and wonder why you are wasting your time. Dimitri would just double down and be even more positive and optimistic, becuse the law of averages are busy working towards his favor. :lol:

See, everyone just sits there and rags on Dimitri for how vocal he is about his brand, how every claim he makes is out and out bullshit, his products suck, his designer is designing for other companies, they have no interest in his brand, etc, etc, ad nauseum, and all it does is fire him up more. His threads blow up to "epic" proportions, passing more posts by far than any other topic on the whole forum, and even threads created and titled to be direct bashes on him, pass 38 pages, and he never rages or gives back the negative attitude others heap on him. New people try his products because with all the talk about the brand, there must be something to it, and these people soon become believers (happened to me after I tried a Screamer at one of his demo days). And no matter how many people say good things about his brand and his product, there are always far more bitter assholes who rag on him even more because people like his stuff, and it only feeds his fire even more!

He is worthy of admiration, because any lesser man wouldn't have made it this far. :thumb:

Like I always say, all you need to do is test the kites or boards and you will see for yourself. Very simple way to find out and no strings attached.
By the way this was from today's demo in Ft Lauderdale. And the big guy on the back ground is a proud owner of a few EPIC kites and loves them.
