Looking for one of the following, but open to other kites that are in the same category.
Criteria- has to have lots of life left in the kite, and must be priced right
3 kites I have in mind in order of preference
21m Speed 3 Core Riot 19m Ozone Zephyr 17m

21m Speed 3 Core Riot 19m Ozone Zephyr 17m Those are 3 great kites....in the proper order..as far as power is concerned I am still holding on to my 19 XR2LW..still in great shape...i wish i was ready to sell to you I find it interesting that INFV2 did not make the top 3 on your list Well is it because it has no size on it....so you don't really know what you are getting? Sooooooo many videos from the Owner that his kite beats "all others" hands down in LW.... ....yet still unsure after all the promoting Looks like the INFV2 do not deserve the be on the podium as the most powerful LW machine .........most powerful goes to SP3 21(foil) .. .......the rest have to settle for 2nd (19M-18M).....3rd.(17M)....4th (16M or unknown sizes) ..................................Good luck with your purchase....have fun in LW........... ...............

Where are you located? It can help to find one locally. Here we have lots of LW kite as demo or our own kites, we might be able to offer you one or refer you to someone else but depend where you are. We have Speed3 21m, Xbow 16m, Infinity V2, XR2 19m. Will have the Xbow 18m soon to test, demo and sell too. Send me an email for more info : seb.waxdesign@gmail.com

21m Speed 3 Core Riot 19m Ozone Zephyr 17m without wanting to comment on any of the 3 above mentioned kites, because they are all good, have a look at the 16m Nitro v2 from switchkites, which certaily will prove its place among the 3 kites you mentioned above and that for 890$ KO bar is 275$. so you will have money left to buy yourself some other cool stuff have a look here www.switchkites.comcheers dude

I dont know what you are planning to use it for but you should consider buying a Sector instead of a new kite, it is great fun in a force 3 with a 12 or 13m kite.

I had looked at the Nitro 16 V1 because of the cheap price, but I read mixed reviews. I purchased my 2011 Dyno 18m in October 2011 new for just over $900 kite only, so $890 isn't too amazing of a price.

The 2 last ones differ a lot to the benefit of the V2 version, faster, better relaunch in lightwind, less barpressure and no jellyfishing anymore.
I just pointed out to the person who asked the question, to have a look at other possibilities, and not just the big brandnames, daring to look outside the box, makes you more aware of todays posibilities, but I have no problem with north or any other brand, just wanted to add my 2 cents without too much fuzz. .I had looked at the Nitro 16 V1 because of the cheap price, but I read mixed reviews.I just adviced to LOOK at the Nitro V2, did nowere mention the V1 which is not sold anymore the V2 has improved on all the critics, but you will find critics on every kite in the market I purchased my 2011 Dyno 18m in October 2011 new for just over $900 kite only, so $890 isn't too amazing of a price.]Which is a pretty amazing price, if you look today for a price like that on a 2011 dyno 18, I could not find it at your price not even for a 2011, or did you buy it used?

I have a 15 meter edge 2012 for sale! 800 bucks. The edge goes upwind better than any other kite on the market.
