As the title says, Transilvania Snowkite Festival 2013, organized by de Kites School (Scoala de Zmei), will be held this year between 16 - 20 January 2013, in a dream location: Muntele Mare - Muntii Apuseni (Dawny Mountains, Romania), on a mountain flat area of 3.5km per 1.5 km at an altitude of over 1800m.
