Notice of Race published and Registration open for Sailing World Cup Palma

The NoR has been published for the 44th edition of the Trofeo S.A.R. Princesa Sofia MAPFRE, the ISAF Sailing World Cup Palma, which will for the first time in history include kiteboarding.
