The NOR is posted and registration is open for the first ever GBCA and XL Kites RIB Regatta.

The date is March 23, 2013 and there will be Course racing and Freestyle events. (The reserve day is March 24)

Due to predicted wind conditions, we are moving the RIB Regatta to Sunday, March 24, 2013. Registration opens at 8:30 AM. The Competitor's meeting will be at 9:30 AM on the levee. Racing will start when the wind fills in. Right now, it's looking like noon.
