Have you ridden the board yet? On mine I just the the straps straight, it was fine.
Is this the blue board that John had?

Be really careful so you don't get your ankle caught. :-)

I rode it for the first time today at Kailua. I had it going and was standing up.
I did hit the fin a dozen time, lucky I have my 3mm wet suit on.
It is a red one from Makiki Height, not blue.
