Made a two new Jig tables, Mirror opposites, so I can make layups upside down and bottom up.
Two new screwed epoxy/glass wood sandwich blanks, one board with 4oz glass, sandwiched between 1/4 in AC ply and 1/8 in birch ply, and one with glass tape, Dry wall tape stingers in a X pattern and length of the board. Both Blanks have good flex, not stiff. The stringer Blank has more twisty flex and 3oz lighter.
A little filling (screw holes) and some Poly and paint, and I'll try to Break them in :thumb: [img]

Making some new boards to try to destroy this year, one board just a simple single sandwich, but will have 1/4 in edges, the other board, a double sandwich with two layers of glass epoxy.
Note in one of the pix I have the boards from last year. The larger one broke after 3 sessions due to a Knot in the middle of the ply right under my heel. The Yellow board still going strong after one season and its the best riding board I've rode.
Finished pix of this years boards to follow.
