another one up for Alexeyga...

as i recall switchkite propagates same ill philosophy as the epic does.

well i power or depower the strap as i wish.
if straps start to wear it is clearly the manufacturers fault.

but as i'm heavier than "statistical kiter" i don't touch my depower strap or rope a lot. and i'm not going to change my quiver just because it started to blow a little bit stronger. so man up if you are short or lightweight...

Another thumb up for Thor SF Bay and Alexeyga.
From those kite companies who proclaim it differently, it is just an excuse for their bad quality.

I'm confused, are we talking about poor quality equipment and lacklustre customer care or how to use a trim strap????

As stated I'm in the "leave it alone" camp but I do think said manufacturer is talking rubbish if they are saying premature failure is due to using it to adjust the trim alot

Another one up for JGTR!

Even if a topic happens to mention Dimitri or Switch by name its kinda uncool to bring a negative agenda every time. Were all aware you have issues. Try contributing without bagging all the time, might improve your credibility.
