Sorry about only saying about the bar pressure in the conlution. Bar pressure is in many ways a question of balance. Cronix is, in out of the bag mode, in my opinion in the light pressure department, but still with kitecontact. That means I felt well with it. There are adjustments available that I haven't tested yet. Both ways.

I do. Just waitin for some wind. I will tell you the 19M Edge is NOW my fav kite of all time and I have had a bunch since 1999. The 19 is a Killer! Doesn't need App Wind so much. With me at 110/245 Pies it is Amazing!!

I was curious about the self launcher technology, flysurfer website shows a picture of how it works:

Clever and partly because it's built into the kite....
one could also use a fishing outrigger release I guess, or a beefy clothes-pin...
hmmm. Cool idea.

Agreed. Rode one in Bali, don't know what they did mid season, but it shits all over the 17m. How quick is it! Bloody nice kite man I agree.

Now that I see you have exquisite tastes I am hunkering to read a truly decent review on this chronix...
