Alright, that sounds cool.
If the fiberglass doesnt break it could be a real option.
Not concerned about looks too much, will be covered with grip tape anyhow.

Frederiks, i will make photoshop model (top, side) and send it to you.

Tobi if you could give your feedback when im done.

After the 3D Model, we let Frederiks get them done.
Frederiks just tell me the costs for producing 3 handles + shipping to Austria and ill sedn you the funds.

Im not in a hurry at all, so thats easy.

So Airstylers, here is a first draft.

Two thoughts:

- Should the handle be oval or just have rounded edges? (whats more comfortable for your foot and hand?)
- Obviously if we reinforce the area around the mounting holes we will not have any problems with breaking handles anymore (like with alloy before)

Feedback welcome!

looks absolutely perfect!

I have exactly those measurements on my handle!

Just that it is a bit thinner at the screws. I would need new screws than ;-)

Can you make sure that standard sized screws will work.
Not that they will be too long or too short.

Hi Toby,

thank you.

I attached a new draft v1.1 with more options

My favourites I called Option 1.

If Frederik can confirm that te 5mm thickness round the mounting points will not be a weakspot then we are fine.
Otherwise its easier to get longer screws

Option 1 looks the best. Strong enough?

Don't like the oval shape on top on Option 2, should be straight.

Are you sure about the hight? I have a stock handle that is 8 cm high and 6 on the inside. But looks a lot smaller then Tobys custumhandle.

Ok, so we need to take in account the thickness of the grip tape too. With the grip tape attached to the new custom handle the distance below the handle has to be the same as Tobi has on his handle, which is around 80 mm. Frederik took care of that already. Is the thickness of the griptape around 5mm Tobi?
