Just putting in my two cents on behalf of Kyle's case... When somebody who is not your friend sends you a message on facebook, depending on how secure your settings are, you normally don't receive a notification email and the message doesn't go to where your regular messages are stored. For some reason, since it's not from one of your friends it goes to another folder called "Other". (I recently discovered this folder and noticed messages from people that weren't my friends that are years old and I never had seen before haha. So just a thought, if you two aren't facebook friends, this probably happened. Glad things seem to have been worked out!

Cheers,
Danny

Just took a screenshot of my page and crudely blurred out people's names. You have to get to the message page. Hope the pic helps!

I had a bad experience too, contacted him about an issue with a sector board, he said he couldn't do anything about it, the retailer was at fault (they weren't and they were out of stock) and that was it. Sent the board back for a refund and said no more Airush. The products are good but the post sales experience sucked!
