Pecmajor, I never had any problems losing my luggage here inmBrazil. But would advise you to have a few hours between flights for you will have to go through customs and immigration. All in all, I think Sao Paulo a little better, but if you have flights from Toronto Brasilia is about 2 hours closer to you.

Says 32kg...9 kg more than most so great.
