If you want some truly epic kiting while in the Turks then call up my buddy Wes at Kite Provo. He knows ALL the secret spots to take you to. Long Bay is good for your basic kiting but there are so many more hot spots in the Tuks & Caicos you should treat yourself to.

Here is one spot that is my favorite to get to by land - Turtle Tail. Tough to get to unless you know where to turn which is about 10 turns but man is it worth it once you get there.

Kiteable on a good ESE wind. The cove is knee deep, crystal clear water, and super flat

Here are a few of my favorite secret spots you can only get to by boat:

i'm 63kg (140 pounds) and i mostly use my 10m or 12m here at long bay.
my heavier boyfriend has the 13m velocity and often a raceboard.

The wind generally picks up in the afternoon - it should even be possible for full moon kiting mid feb.

for sure, try treat yourself to kite session at little water cay (iguana island), we went and it was AWESOME. super flat, only us, brilliant time - but you need a boat or jetski lift! or SUP paddle/kayak with big blue.

Looks like wind will be light until Wed, then looking good!

I will be riding epic screamer 14 and (10 Ltd black if wind comes up). Shinn Monk white board. Staying at Beaches.
