Looking to fly out of NYC this winter with a few beginners, where should I take them? Needs: warm, flat water and reliable wind

was mid 70s and windy the first 20 days of the year in SPI. (then we got slammed with a super cold Norther but temps will climb back up soon. blowing 30 right now and 60 degrees

hotels as cheap as 30/night and the best kiteboarding conditions in the world.
