For the steering lines we moved the Blue line one knot down on bar end above the floater. For the Center lines we moved the line to the knot closest to the kite.soul19 wrote:Out of curiosity why didn't you just adjust the line lengths? So you did fly the kite with the detuned bar.
We just used a Wizmount. Its in the Truck which is out at the beach, but if you look at the backpack you can see how you can do a lot of different shots.14ToeSide wrote:Curt,

Hello lobodomar,Poster: lobodomar
Before the initial XLKites's review, they said they also sell the Infinity.
Later on they said they were just testing the Infinity in order to decide whether to sell it or not.
My understanding is that in order to sell something one needs to be an authorized dealer, so my question is:
Has XLKites ever asked you to become an Epic dealer?
PS Sorry if I insist on this point, but I think it's the single most important disclamer concerning a shop's review.
Why?lobodomar wrote:I think it's the single most important [disclaimer] concerning a shop's review.
With all due respect, this piece of information is not what I would call a disclaimer. Any rider is a potential (future) client, and any shop is a potential discount giver. But what really matters is how the overall message is presented by the editor of the review, and that depends on his agenda.Disclaimer: I'm one of the Joes, XLKites is my local shop, XLKites is ultra generous with time, equipment, advice and all things kiting even though I've spent more money buying gear over the internet than from XLKites.
