We would like to inform you all of the situation for the closing stages of this season’s KTA Asia Tour, to hopefully help you plan and budget for any of the outcomes that we may end up with. We are sorry that this has not been a straight forward schedule for you all this season and we appreciate your continued support and patience.

As you know pre-seasion we had published the schedule with five rounds that started in Japan and concluded for the final in China. For several complicated sponsorship reasons unfortunately both of these locations dropped out.

We have since then been trying to secure a final 4th round for the 13/14 season back in Pranburi, home of many a successful KTA events in the past. This was looking good to go up until all the riots kicked off recently in Bangkok. This has caused a massive drop in tourism for Thailand and as our event sponsors for Pranburi are a hotel business group this has understandably made them think again as they are now losing a lot of income. They have however called a meeting for the 12th February to make a final decision on whether they can support a KTA event or not for March 2014.

I know this is not ideal for some of you in terms of your planning but we are doing our best and will let you know the moment we do. If however they are not able to support the KTA event we will then make the KTA Philippines in Boracay the final round for this season.

Please bear with us and see you all in Boracay for another crazy KTA visit to the island
