... can I ask, which year board did you use?

cheers,

I was on the 5'5", but you'll get the same results on the 5'2". I'd try throwing some Futures Controllers on it as the controllers are suppose to be the tits on the baked potato. (baked potato - rocker = nugget)

Not that close. Different bottom concave, different foil, and different fin placement.

This is what you want to look at for a run down of the Nugget.

Can I have your opinions, just wondering if any one has changed the rear quad fins on a Nugget, did you get any performance gains or losses?

Cheers,

Robbie :D

Having lost one of my back fins of my 2013 Nugget, I used it several months with only two front, but larger compatible Future Fins I found in Bali. I really liked the loose and playful feeling and quicker turning (specially in small waves), and found it actually easier easier to ride overall with no noticeable loss of upwind ability. Now I've finally found back fins (North is terrible for after sales service), I am comfortable with the standard layout, but it took some time to dial in.
BTW, strapless is definitely the way to go with the Nugget.

I find it interesteing that FW were making the Baked Potato (2014 Nugget) in kite construction but now only the Sweet Potato (2013 Nugget) is available in the kite build.
