Thats a shame, their old system to me was the best out there. A great lowtech system that worked with sand, mudd or snow....

now you cannot have sand in it!

Toby you really should consider a Ride Engine harness unless you like your harness to rotate and rise up. The engine stays put no matter what you throw at it and with the rigid back the force is distributed evenly across your back instead of pinching your sides.

need a seat harness that sits like a waist...bad back!

I actually cant see what you mean. The metal part is on one (out-) side and you belly is on the other side and it looks like a thick padding in between. Where does it cut through? Or is your belly blubber hanging over the padding ?-)

Had a flying objects something or other for past 8 years (just got a new one this season), it is a waist that has a seat attached. So really it's a waist with a seat rather than a seat...due to back pain when riding. Eventually didn't even use the seat, just the waist so cut it off with a knife. No back pain, deep back, perfect. IMO you can just get the waist as a waist only.

But yeh I'd definetly consider an engine next time, when this one is dead.

That pat love looks a stupid design and I don't get any rashes like shown and we are on the water a lot.
