This is a pic of me with the new Triumphant Arch Hydrofoil. This is an unfinished foil with blades that I snatched from the production line, put together and ran downstairs into the tooling room to take a pic of. The photo is about 2 weeks old. I am sharing it with you. Absolutely nothing easy about creating something that cannot be out of spec by 2mm. I am enjoying it. Keep in mind that when I say unfinished, the product has just come out of the mold.

I believe it could be the fastest hydrofoil on the market. However, the pro riders need to determine that.

@Carafino

I thought these foils were made for racing? It seems very low aspect (no speed) and looks like a cruising model of foil..

Can you tell me more than the photo tells me? Surely you have some finishes foils and boards now? We want to see them!!!

Hello Splottie: Take off your sunglasses and put on your reading glasses and have another look Splotty. Actually, please put a photo of yourself with your hi aspect hydrofoil, so all of us can have a look at what you believe to be high aspect. If you are racing, please put your placements up here for us to substantiate your belief of high aspect verse low aspect.

Our research shows that the sport of racing is in its infancy while the sport of hydrofoiling has matured over the last decade. Racing is a delicate sport for big brand names to consider entering. Equipment is constantly evolving and extremely . This is why we have not seen anything in the traditional race board (lightwind) models develop more than what is on the market now.

Not to change the subject here, Carafino has developed the fastest light wind kite board in the world. I will bring this to the market after I finish with this foil project. The foil has taken much of my time and life the last months. I have actually lost 10 pounds as I refuse to eat in order to keep working to finish each process throughout the day.

I believe in this thread, I wrote earlier that most people look for imperfections in the product before they appreciate the creation of the product. You Splotty, give merit to my written statement. Thank you.

We all look forward to your posting of you on your hi aspect foil so that we can have a look.

This forum is about everyone, please join in with your photos.

Until then,
Best Regard

i could stand to lose 10 lbs myself. So, no more cheeseburgers until my carrifino package arrives :)

Gunner offered up some very good advise/info of foils. his take was the foil shape in racing was not that big a deal as he uses both. or that's the way i remember it.
