Was in 1993 before i knew that one day..... i would give up windsurfing !!

West wind in the river was 50-70++ mph with 5ft swells...normally in 30-40 mph it is 2-3ft

The windsurf sail i had was a 2.9m2
The survival jibes crashes were explosive and spectacular...and so were many of the waterstarts

So what were you doing 21 years ago ?
Did any of you windsurf that day ?

Windsurfing in Maui at Spreckelsville and smooching with a very nice woman from Deutschland in the nightime. Any other significant moments you wanna bring up?

Chemo... great moments you had there then
Other significant moments that year...
...during that summer i competed in the Killer Loop Classic at the Gorge..
...dated a very sweet girl upon my return ...married her that same year in December....
....my significant other windsurfed then...and kitesurf now :surf:

It's funny but I too was with a girl who is now my wife. We were dating and I was recording an album (not on a computer) but rather 11 songs on 2" tape bound for CD. We booked a hotel in Ithaca, NY where the recording studio was and after a Sat Am session headed back to the hotel as the snow and wind started. We ended up being stranded in that hotel without power till Monday AM. The hotel bought us all meals from a nearby convenience store. Meals were 2 day old sandwiches and candy bars.

I had no inclination that I would ever be doing windsports. It was all about the chicks and the music :D

Interesting...
Wait a minute. Doesn't that predate "Climate Change"? How can that be?

I thought we were supposed to have "bigger storms than ever", now that we've irreversibly crossed the "tipping point" of climate change. You'd think that we'd have topped this one by now.

Does that mean this is a sign of things to come, or that we were worse off before we changed the climate?

Can't we get ALL the scientists to agree with the entire internet?

What does it all mean?

It means they haven't been studying it enough to really understand weather yet.

It means they haven't been studying it enough to really understand weather yet.


Climate has been changing since the beginning of....climate.
But this is such a great way to control people. We can't let go!
