You can buy it easily in Poland, so other dealers should have it as well, but a swivel will work as well.
Of course you are going to have to learn how to splice in order to make this because with a custom bar you will have custom length safeties.
There is a mini 5th line on North bar already, so he probably might just use that one.

Thanks for clueing me in jedi!

I have wanted to get that part for years, and ozone never sold it separately until this year. They must have changed this after they came out with the push release bar. Only $20.

I think I might buy a bunch of these and a few red stoppers to convert my naish swivels (which never work) to this style.

Anybody has got a new 2015 North quad bar?
It would be great if someone could post pictures of the new bar because they made it already single line flag out. Maybe we can get the parts from North themselves and convert from from previous years.

I can't understand why kite companies don't distribuite diagrams for bar and bridles. If you're on holiday in a remote place and you have few meters of dyneema and a diagram you can really fix almost everything in less than an hour.
As far as I know only airush is doing this.

Mate the shipment came in for our new kites and it had every bar in the range except for a 24m quad...would have helped out right now if it had come!! Bugger.

It basically looks like only a piece of plastic. I wonder if they sell them. I wouldn't mind getting one and a stopper and convert mine. Apart from that doesn't seem much different from last year.

Anybody can get extra photos if you are one of the lucky ones that received the new gear?

I updated my quad bar following the same schema used for the 5th line safety.
I haven't tried it yet due to the lack of wind, but the both lines keep being the same length and some backyard testing seems to indicate that it should work.
You can compare side by side with the 5 lines setup.

How long was the old safety line shown in the picture, as the line with the blue sleeve?...... and How long is the new safety line, shown in the picture, as the red leader line?

Also, what is the diameter and what is the new power line made of?
