Two years ago I was at the swap and saw brand new 2011 Underground Future 127x37 reduced to $199 less straps, then I walked a little further and found straps and pads for it in the adds and ends box for $25 also brand new. Best deal I ever made. At the time I was looking for a short board to mount it on the motorcycle. Underground still makes 128x38. Absolutelly nothing wrong with mine 2011. I was tripping over like a child the first 30min but I rewired for more weight over the back leg and ride it all the time until I grab the surfboard.

Is it heavy or light weight?

I feels light. It is a singe concave freeride shape. I will put it on the scale to give exact weight.

Has anyone experience with the older Mutant boards for doing Airstyl?

I assume it is too big. But for normal tricks it should be fine, just watch old videos from Mark Shinn or Adam Koch.

I was thinking of Naish MTX is 132x37 with 9cm fins on the backside. Not so big. In theorie I would think that to be an real Oldschool weapon.

that size sounds fine.

Any tried it already?

I will stay with twintip. Not into anything that is like a directional, even if it is ridable in both directions. Had a Mutant before, and didn't really like it.
But I know there are people who really loved their mutants and performed well on it.
Another choice :thumb:

Do board "age" with time even if new? For example a board from 2011 that was mentioned above. And do they "age" in general loosing performance? (with use)
