I'm packing up my gear for my upcoming trip and i was woundering if we can have a kite as a carry on luggage? I'm sure I wouldnt be the only one to try but is anyone had trouble with this? Are the lines a problem to go pass the security? Thanks

The bar might be considered a blunt weapon, I would not risk it. Kite should be no problem.

I've carried on a kite w/bars & lines before and never had a problem. Just be sure to pack it down enough to fit.
