After x4 sessions, my WOO device has died :-?

It switched on and synced with my phone, then I had a full on session - well powered on an 8m Park... Huge jumps - easily 25m high :D :D :D and got back & the WOO was completely dead/unresponsive..... it clearly has altitude sickness :( I have tried charging it (it was fully charged before the session), but it's still dead. Is there any way to do a CTRL-ALT-DEL on it ?

No proof now that you've jumped 25m

For firmware check this: http://docs.woosports.com/article/68-up ... o-firmware

25M is 82 feet. If you boosted 82 feet then yeah...be totally pissed your WOO didn't record it. But if it was 25 ft well....

Is the Woo device meant to clip into it cradle, facing a certain direction ?
So not to put pressure on the charge pins...

I am also going to try a jump height comparison with iPhone Xensr case meter in a week or so, will post pictures of the results which will be interesting...
