Those of you who have tried the X-Shooter: what do you like and/or dislike about this board? Why is this board considered a "high performance" board?
I am looking for a board in the 130cm range and X-Shooter has just come out with a 133cm. It looks pretty sweet from the pics, but I've never seen anyone using these boards. I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried them. Thanks!

CCKC,
I doubt you will get many replies about the X-Shooter 133 at the moment.
There are only a few teamriders riding these boards, since the first
delivery is planned mid/end of March.
But one rider is at the moment in Cabarete, there should be some more people testing it.
I will go to Florida next week and guys can test it there.
Come down to the Islamorada event end of March in the Keys.
I will have a 133, 144 and 155 with me.
I guess mid of April you will be able to get more and more test reports about the 133.
So far I can tell you that it is a great board, starts really early for 133cm, great edging, good upwind
performance, etc.
The materials are very expensive, I didn't hear of any other production board spending more money
on materials than X-Shooter.
Why it is called " High Performance Kiteboard" ?
Once you tested it, you will know why

recently we discussed about the use of flash programmed websites.
some liked it, some not.
Now have a look at the new X-Shooter website.
http://www.x-shooter.com/
It has no flash. Let me know what you think about it.

I can only speak about the X-Shooter 155, which is a brilliant board! Super-light and slashy in feel, strong and with 1st class accessories, it gets going very early, cruises upwind and feels a class smaller on the feet than its size would suggest. If the 155 is anything to go by, then the new 133 should be killer!

i use the 144 ,the best board on my beach , its not the perfect one for light winds but still start working very erly ,and fron med to strong wind its aperfect machine ,weight 2.7 kg ,the peds are brilliant like riding amercedes ,the bottom is concave and with asharp hydrodinamic fins and sharp reils its holds in avery strong winds /
im 80 kg i was holding in wavy water a8.4 wipika ab 2001 in 28-32 knots and for one jump i was surffing with anorth-rino 2 12m in 27-28 knots ,but that was truly crazzinass ,i was not able to stend on the beach full depawered ,but steel i could surf and make avertical jump (12-15m)/

I just talked to a teamrider from X-Shooter who tested the new 133 in Capetown. He was amazed and couldn't belive the performance! And best thing, there where two more changes to it, so next time hes tests it, it will be even better!!!
But it would be great to get more independent reviews.
Nati, you are right, it is not a very light wind board, but whenever it starts, there is no limit!

Killer smiley T Dawg!
Thanks for the input everybody. Based on all the good reviews, I think I'll take a leap of faith and try and get one. It'll be the first X-Shooter around here!

CCKC, if you can make it down to Islamorada, FL keys, end of March, you can test it. Let me know.
Be sure, you will be the first, but you won't ride it yourself, anyone else on your spot will ...
"give me my board back, you said 5 minutes"
