Baggage Allowance

Excess Baggage

Excess baggage will be accepted by Caribbean Airlines ( subject to availability ) once the piece weighs no more than 50lbs. Any piece over 50lbs must be sent as cargo.

At this time the excess baggage allowance starts at USD100.00 per piece, if traveling from or to North America. Of course acceptance of excess baggage is based on space availability on the day of travel.

Excess baggage allowance starts at GBP120.00 per piece, if traveling from or to London, with acceptance of excess baggage also based on space availability on the day of travel.

Sports Equipment

The excess baggage charges for scuba equipment and surfboard is USD100 per piece. For windsurf equipment the charge is USD150 per piece.

One (1) golf bag containing golf clubs and one (1) pair of golf shoes shall be included in determining the free baggage allowance and if in excess shall be assessed 50 percent of the applicable excess baggage charge. However,only one (1) set of golfing equipment shall be included in the free baggage allowance. Any sets of golfing equipment in excess of one shall be assessed the applicable excess baggage charge.
