Re: Kiting Near Boston

NEKa is ok but masskiting.com is where you wanna be for mass kiting. We are a far younger crowd than the neka folks and our site has never been hacked. Hope this helps, we are very helpful and will answer any questions about the area and local spots.

I know I need a pure twin tip, but i really am not too familiar with the good brands and shapes. I know strai...

Hahaha, I forgot Toby hates those guys. K-I-t-E*S+c-o-o-p=dotcom. Hey Toby we should have a discussion as to the reason for changing it to kindergarten.com. I'm sure we'd all enjoy some story time. The scoop rocks.

Bows vs Hybrids vs C for light wind

Hey guys, so I went out to my local spot yesterday and had my whole quiver of Slingshot octanes. I love these kites up to the 14m, but the 16 is just so damn slow and heavy. One of my friends had left his 10m Airush Halo in my truck so I pulled it out just to see what it was like in the 10-13 mph wi...

Re: Flying with a kite

The wind hitting the kite isn't moving horizontally, it's moving at a 45- 80 degree angle, so even though his kite is at 12 it's like being in the power zone.

I love reading this stuff. If you guys don't like him, when you see his name on the left, skip it and read the next post. I personally get a kick out of him. Long live freedom of speech and the freedom to ignore at will. It sounds like some of you guys need to smoke some tree and mellow out a bit, m...

Re: US Troops Get Treated Like Kiteboarders

It's comforting when the ammo supply point gets hit within an hour of landing in TQ and proceeds to explode for hours on end. It's really reassuring. Granted that was in 04, it's much better now.
