The blades were sharpened to single edge, you want to keep them sharp

I have some friends who came up with great boards for ice, they took mountainboards and mounted four metal blades that move with the trucks. If they are sharp you can go really fast easily.

I am travelling to barbados in jan, i weigh about 160 lbs and will be riding a twin tip and surfboard. I am planning on bringing 10 and 7 meter bow kites, i was wondering if it would make any sense for me to bring a 14 along also?
