Re: Ruben Lenten gets AMP'd on Ozone

Ozone C4 is out and they now call it the AMP... Why? Because of Ruben you think? Looking at the shapes, the C4 looks more extreme to me, and I didn't think it was that extreme for a C-kite to be honest. I think it's more of an image thing, just like when the Catalyst turned into the Enduro, and Rub...

Re: Click bar, small problem, check yours.

Interesting point. I really like the auto untwist. I just don't like the rectangular shaped trim line as thats what makes the sheeting action sticky. Interestingly I think I find the reverse problem to you though. I find in light foiling conditions that I can't sheet out the power easily but have n...

Re: Click bar, small problem, check yours.

If an advantage comes with a disadvantage, how can it be better? A car with 4 wheel drive comes with the advantage of better traction but with the disadvantage of increased maintenance costs. Is that car now better than a car with 2WD? The question is not "is it better?" but "is it better for YOU?"...

Re: Click bar, small problem, check yours.

I just think it funny people are paying top dollar for a mediocre performing 'best bar of all time' and more and more people are reporting numerous problems with it. It' anything else but mediocre. This bar comes with a lot of advantages over other bars and yes, those advantages also come with some...

Re: Click bar, small problem, check yours.

@ Faxie - Why so angry ? ;) Internal parts of clickbar are just like lines prone to wear and have to be checked. I hope you check your lines often enough and replace them when it is needed. As long as north/duotone provides affordable spares it is fine. I was very skeptic towards click bar. I find ...

Re: Switch Krypto?

did i understood it right that Bill Hansen worked for a SS in 2015 and now for a Switchkites? You read wrong. Bill worked for numerous brands (as stated above), and made a trainerkite for SS years ago. He was with Switch since the beginning (2011 I think) and left last year. The Legacy 2, Element 5...

Ok thanx, the description compared it to the dice,fx etc. Looks similar shape but with the extra struts. How did you find the handling , power turns, loops etc compared to what other kites you've used?
I haven't ridden it. My guess is it's like a C4. Dice and FX are a bit more allround.
